Lagoa Hotel

reception was warm and welcoming .check in was smooth. we had some requests for the room type and location and all of them were arranged very well (we had pool view from the window) absolute value for money we paid. we had paid stay with included breakfast (recommended) and we think it was very good considering the money charged and breakfast staffs were very cheerful and friendly. The pool was ok and but paintings around the walls and hanging flowers made the atmosphere beautiful.

location highly convenient, housekeeping was thoughtful and thorough. reception was helpful in tending to our needs. bathroom was clean and shower was well maintained. kitchenette was well furnished for basic needs. overall room was in good condition and clean.

The room had a modern bathroom, was very spacious and had a kitchenette would be perfect for a long stay. Located perfectly within Lagoa and close to many beaches, just a cheap Uber drive away. The area is quiet at night, and has some tasty/well-priced restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, allowing me to leave my things in a secured room after checkout, and helping me with anything else I asked. The pool was large with lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing.

Big bed, comfortable. Kitchen to cook in. Little balcony. Batroom small but practical. Pool and pool area looked nice, though I didn't use it.

I arrived at the hotel about three hours before check in and as my room was ready, I was able to check in early. Bonus 1. I was also given an upgrade to a bigger room with a balcony. Bonus 2. The room was very comfortable and the staff were super friendly. I'll definitely return if I visit the area again.
